Communication to Suppliers

At ETTERNITY DERMAL, S.L., as the company responsible for the PRESSENSA brand, we work daily on continuous improvement. As part of this commitment, the Management has implemented and maintains a Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 22716 (Cosmetic GMP) standards.

Our objective is to ensure customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and end-user safety. To achieve this, we consider it essential to have suppliers committed to quality and aligned with our standards.

For this reason, we annually evaluate and re-evaluate all our suppliers. The following will be considered for this evaluation:

• Availability

• Compliance with delivery times

• Measured commitment and ability to meet technical quality and administrative requirements

• Supplier cost

• Compliance with European cosmetic regulations

We also remind you that activities carried out on our behalf can have a direct impact on the quality of our products. Therefore, we expect all our suppliers to apply appropriate controls, good manufacturing or distribution practices, and contribute to maintaining the traceability, safety, and efficacy of the supply.
